Wraparound Services

Wraparound is a therapeutic process to support parents of youth who are engaged in multiple systems of care (child welfare, juvenile justice, special education, mental health services, etc.). Families create plans/ inputs from the facilitator and the family selection team participates to streamline and coordinate care.

Data: 95% of Youth served remain at home, not in out-of-care, including hospitalizations.
