Reentry: Second Chance Reentry Program

The CFDI's Second Chance Reentry Program is the reentry division of the CMO program. This program provides reentry services to youth returning to the community from out of home care such as residential treatment, detention, and/or jail. Services are delivered in conjunction with the CMO Case Management services by Reentry Coaches who have lived experience, having received services in the juvenile justice or adult justice systems. The Reentry Coaches are training in Restorative Practices and Life Coaching. Youth are provided with services through the Reentry Curriculum that addresses the quality of life domains including education, workforce development, family relationships, and basic needs.
